We asked to speak to a manager and were told twice they were coming and never came... we were asked once through our almost 2 hour restaurant time if we wanted a refill of water, which never was replenished. Not once, and I mean not once, were we asked if food was okay. If we needed anything else. When asked for boxes to go, it took a long time to get those to us. I have been to Khan Saab so many times now, and not once has the experience left such an awful taste in my mouth. The service was extremely bad. I know you guys are busy opening new locations, but you have to also concentrate on keeping the quality of service we have come to admire at your restaurant. Please take a note and provide feedback to staff. The food, like mentioned before, was outstanding. Each dish was exquisite and mouthwatering.
