Wendy is informative, kind, efficient - it was The Best Customer Service I've received, ever! At that time Wendy informed me that the price would be $200. A few days before the actual move, she sent a reminder/confirmation email (which I appreciated as it showed that they are on top of things). The movers appeared on time and were very careful yet fast and efficient. And - they charged us $169.50, because the job was "easier than expected"! It was the best possible overall service, something one can only dream of. I strongly recommend The Stallion Movers!

When I lifted my garage door to leave for a scheduled appointment the box of the truck was right there. When we asked them to move, the women proceeded to make it well known she was not happy. She was obviously not happy we asked her to move her truck. One of them even suggested they only had one or two more items to move. My appointment was at least a 45 minute drive and we needed to leave. We pointed out she was parked in the wrong location and was going the wrong way in a one way drive for 22 garages. There are signs for no parking and one way, but they appeared to ignored them, probably to make their job easier. All they needed to do was move the truck so we could leave versus an argument breaking out with two seniors. Based on the attitude of those two movers, I would never use this company or recommend them. March 2026 - Guelph
