This office is like going back to when doctors and their staff really cared about their patients and not just the bottom line.

My wife was in agony and could barely walk. We enter and I start to sign her in. There were 2 other in the waiting room. The lady turns and says all cocky "we don't deal with back issues here". We were unaware of that, if we had known we would have went straight to the emergency room. The other staff member, I believe she was a nurse was extremely helpful. She took my wife back just to look her over. She recommended we go right to the emergency room and that's what we did. It's sad that someone in severe pain can't walk into an urgent care for treatment and is approached with an attitude. Never again will we go there due to the attitude of one employee..
