I've been a patient of Dr. Nagorsky for many years and was actually in the office when this…read moreincident occurred. What I witnessed was very different from what is described in this review. After speaking with Dr. Nagorsky, the individual refused to leave the office, and the police were eventually called. He continued to remain in the parking lot until the police arrived. I've had many years of experience with Dr. Nagorsky and have always found him to be an excellent physician--knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely committed to his patients. The description of him in this review is completely inconsistent with the physician I have known for many years. I do, however, agree with one part of the review: Anne can be extremely difficult to deal with. This is not an isolated incident or simply a matter of one patient's misunderstanding. I have personally experienced her being rude, condescending, dismissive, and disrespectful on multiple occasions. Her manner toward patients can be completely inappropriate, and I have wondered more than once why the practice continues to tolerate this behavior. That said, Anne's behavior should not be confused with the quality of medical care provided by Dr. Nagorsky and the other physicians. In my experience, the medical care is excellent. The problem is with one particular staff member whose repeated interactions with patients can leave a very negative impression of an otherwise excellent practice. I sincerely hope the physicians and practice leadership recognize how damaging this behavior can be and address it. I would absolutely continue to recommend Dr. Nagorsky based on my many years as his patient. I would just hope that the office takes seriously the concerns about how patients are treated by certain members of the staff.

I have been a patient of this practice for several years and have consistently received excellent medical care from Dr. Nagorsky. He is extremely knowledgeable, experienced, thorough, and genuinely concerned about his patients. Over the years, I have always felt that I was receiving first-rate care, and I would recommend him without hesitation. I also have to say, however, that I understand the concerns expressed about Anne. Based on my own repeated interactions with her over the years, I have also found her to be rude, condescending, and unnecessarily dismissive at times. This is not something I would characterize as a single misunderstanding or an isolated bad interaction. There have been multiple occasions when I felt that her manner toward patients was inappropriate and unnecessarily unpleasant. I hope the practice leadership takes seriously the concerns that multiple patients appear to have regarding Anne's interactions with patients. A difficult staff interaction should not overshadow what is, in my experience, an excellent medical practice with outstanding physicians.

DANGER: Harold Farber only wants your money; he does NOT care about you in my experience. Farber will require you to make multiple unnecessary office visits so that he can repeatedly collect his sky-high office visit fees. And he will try to sell you grossly overpriced creams and other products that do nothing in my experience, other than irritate, swell, and redden your skin. Notice that Farber has a two star rating on Yelp, where it is difficult (but not impossible) to post fake five star reviews. Yet, he has nearly a five star rating on other review sites that seem to only remove honest one star reviews while they simultaneously refuse to remove questionable five star reviews that look more like paid advertisements than honest reviews (gee, I wonder why!). And notice that almost all of the five stars reviews on all sites have the same grammatical errors and heap the same phony praise, which suggests that they were written by the same person, LOL. Note that there are three reputable dermatologists within driving distance. Unless you want to permanently mutilate other your skin, endure intense pain, waste many hours waiting for unneeded appointments, and unnecessarily waste thousands of dollars, go to one of those reputable doctors instead of Harold Farber.
