When they delivered I told them that is wasn't level. The delivery person got out his level and checked it only at the garage door and said it was all good. Within 6 months the side door wouldn't close. I called them and they said they were busy and would be out In two weeks. Never showed. Several month later I stopped into look at chairs. I brought it up again. "Oh yeah, we'll come out to fix" no call and no follow up. If the salesman would not be eating his lunch in the parking lot every time I go and actually write stuff down would help. Seems like a good place but their service after the sale is questionable.

Jason met us on site and we decided on a shed and wanted the drive to talk about it. That shed sold while we were driving. Jason said he would get us what we wanted for the same price. We didn't have to compromise on color and roof style (metal) as we did with the other shed. Delivery happened exactly as promised. Darcy & Heather were delivery communication and super knowledgable. Kaleb managed to get into our difficult driveway. We have a flag lot. I was pretty impressed. He knew the problem areas and my husband followed him with a chainsaw to get down some limbs. Even though we spent the last three days prepping for this, there were some we missed! We look forward to our new building to use as a roadside stand for our farm - Twin Flame Lavender Farm. Came in to grab some medicine for my best friends kitten who had a mild eye infection. We had a hard time finding the item we needed, so we headed to the cashier to ask for help. Turned out they only had one left in the whole store, and it just so happened to be at her register, so that was lucky. This store is huge and has sections based on practically every animal. Whether you need something for your dog, your kitty, your hamster, your rabbit or even your birds, you will find what you need. They also have birds that made a nest in the ceiling so that was a fun distraction for the kid, and also pretty typical of this brand of store. I swear they always have birds haha. Overall, I would highly recommend coming in to get your items and would recommend asking for help from the employees if you need it. Overall this is a top notch place in my honest opinion and would come back again and again.
