Bret was recommended by Brenda at Charlton Oil. I called Bret on a Saturday afternoon, and he returned my call right away. He agreed to come by the house the following Monday to assess the situation and prepare an estimate. Bret called that same night with the estimate, and said he could do all of the work (drain the oil out of the tank, replace tank, install a new filter and oil line to the furnace) later in the week if all parts were available. He called on Wednesday to say that everything was ready and he and his son could do the work first thing Thursday morning. Bret and his son arrived, and all work as accomplished that morning.
