For instance, after a surgery a few years ago, I was experiencing a little more pain than I thought was "normal". I called him on a Saturday, he left a friends' event immediately and drove to his office to meet my husband and I just to take a look with an assessment and x-rays. I was completely pain free a few hours later. I don't know another physician like him. If the wait time is a little longer in the office, it's because he's listening to his patients and addressing their concerns with the upmost respect, concern and care. The office staff deserve a big shout out too. Always professional and kind.

After one visit with Dr Hefler figured it out. By this point I'd already had 6 MRIs from other doctors meds, injections to no avail. He called me with the news himself not a nurse. I couldn't be more impressed and grateful. I couldn't be more grateful to him after years of debilitating pain someone finally figured it out. He then referred me to Dr Greene for surgery another fantastic experience. All in all I will ONLY ago here for any orthopedic needs and send everyone else here. PT employees are fabulous, nurses and desk staff always made a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Now on to Dr. Hung....He has a truly sincere, compassionate way of making you feel you are in good hands. He was extremely reassuring that he indeed could help me. I have been through multiple back and hip surgeries and have seen more MD's then most people see in a lifetime. Dr.Hung is professional and took my extreme anxiety issues into account when preparing me for my procedure. Throughout my procedure he always checked in to see how I was handling it all. He brought my pain levels from a chronic 8+ to an amazing 1-2. I realize my back issues are not going to disappear forever, but the relief Dr.Hung provided has been life changing. A week and a half later my knee still didn't feel right. I made an appointment to go to Dr. Cavallo. He was real thorough. After he did the test. He diagnosed me with a torn meniscus in my right knee, he even said you can get a second opinion if I would like. He does a lot of them, he him self has even had the surgery. I was very surprised since Stamford hospital was so off with my diagnosis. Dr. Cavallo actually did my surgery and I was very nervous because this was my first surgery. He put me at ease and did my surgery perfectly. Recovery was long and one of the toughest things I've had to do through no fault of his. I also started physical therapy in the same office with James Caroleo and he and his team who have also been wonderful. I would highly recommended Dr. Cavallo office for your orthopedic needs.

Always smiling and glowing she's a trip and have always ensured surgery dates are set and all documents are in order. Doc had performed two surgeries on me in the last few years. We have always talked all options prior to surgery and I have never not felt comfortable with his opinions. He's got a great personality, is super friendly and I have recommended him to many of friends and loved ones. There are plenty of doctors out there who may get the job done, but if you want to feel like you truly matter and that you are in good hands......there's only one thing to do.....call Doc today and you will understand exactly what I mean. Should you need physical therapy, his staff (James and Isac) on site are also amazing. I've moved to a different state and would still call these guys should I have any PT needs.
