The "Chicken Shawarma" consisted of mediocre generic chicken which clearly never saw a proper spit, and likely never saw anything resembling a marinade of spices like cumin cardamon paprika and other authentic "Middle Eastern" spices. In fact, it likely never even met a real fire. It gets very tiresome paying a small fortune for crappy food made by people who should never have ever entered the food business. Why?
