She instantly refused to service me which is against the law. You have no right to refuse service to me. Again I went to go pay for my stuff which was ok clearance 3.99 tell me why she was running it up for 10$ only because I was on a budget I told her off and she got mad and retired to refuse service I asked for someone else to attend me she also refused I called out for a manager 3 x she also refused and she thought I was going to leave her register after she neglected me and discriminated me. She wouldn't call the manager so I yelled out for the manager and even the security came to try to intimidate me to leave, but I'm not stealing I'm trying to purchase something and she couldn't even tolerate me. Finally the manager comes and I ask for the employees name the manager also lies to my face stuffers a fake alias said her name was Jennifer but the water bottle on her desk said JESSICA !!!!! I will not let you keep deleting my reviews. They scare people here over charge people and disrespect customers. They have hired unprofessional and ignorant employees. I refuse to ever come shop here and I hope they fire the manger for being a conniving liar to my face trying to save her employee from getting fired oh make as many reviews as I need to.

Plenty of Parking First off, they have their own parking lot…read moreand it's a solid size for a small store. I never stress about finding a spot, which already puts them ahead. Easy in, easy out. Small But Packed It's definitely a small thrift shop, but they use their space. There are toys right out front on the porch area, which immediately caught our attention. It's mostly clothes inside, but you'll find board games, little knickknacks, and random gems mixed in. The Toddler Hoop Score We grabbed a small toddler basketball hoop for my nephew that was sitting out front. The paint looked a little sun-faded, but it was still cute and reasonably priced. Pricing...Hit or Miss Some things felt worth it. My sister found a couple board games at decent prices. But I almost bought a matching game for my son and realized it was close to the same price as Walmart. For only a dollar or two difference, I'd rather buy new and not worry about missing pieces. The Pac-Man Moment The real MVP? The Pac-Man machine in the corner. No quarters needed, just play. My son loved it. Honestly, I want to go back just for that and browse again. I'm not sure if it's for sale or just there for customers, but it was such a fun little surprise. Neighborhood Vibes It's a small neighborhood business in South LA, and I respect that. They focus on resale, reuse, and community, which I love supporting. It feels like a local spot trying to do something meaningful. Customer Service There was one woman working when we went. My sister interacted with her more than I did, but she said she was kind and helpful. Final Take It's small. Some deals are good, some are just okay. But it's local, it's community based, and my son had a blast with Pac-Man.

It's a small spot, but they actually have parking which is amazing. It's right down the block from a couple of different coffee, shops, so you can stop there after your morning coffee! The owner is super sweet and helpful, and they always have deals going on, even though everything is an amazing price already.

Unfortunately, I did not have the gift receipt, and the original purchaser's phone number could not be located in the system. I was told that without a receipt, phone number, or account lookup, there were no options available -- not even an exchange or store credit. What made the experience especially disappointing was not the policy itself, but how it was communicated. When I expressed concern, the associate stated that the policy had changed three years ago, implying that I should have known this. As a customer, that felt dismissive -- I don't work here, and policies like this aren't always obvious. When I suggested that customer feedback should be shared with management, particularly since policies are often shaped by in-store experiences, the response was simply, "I just work here," with no acknowledgment or empathy for the situation. I fully understand that employees must follow company policy. However, I would expect a brand like Zara to train staff to show basic empathy, take some ownership of the customer experience, and communicate policies with professionalism and understanding. A little acknowledgment goes a long way. This interaction felt transactional and impersonal, and it left a negative impression of the brand -- not because of the policy itself, but because of how the situation was handled.
