I thought he was very reasonable in his price compared to many other companies. Be forewarned, Cecil does not email much and has no website, can be a bit hard to get a hold of. I had a fire inspection set up for the day after the work was supposed to be done. I got to the location that the work was supposed to be done at 7:30 am. 8am came and went and no phone call. I called numerous times with no answer. He finally texted me back at 9am to tell me he had to go on an emergency call and would get back to me when he would be coming up. I asked for him to call me. He never did. He would only text. Then he texted 1.5 hrs later than the scheduled appointment that he wouldn't come up. This is by far the worst customer service I've ever seen. If you are under any kind of schedule I recommend not ever calling this guy. He will screw you over and not even call you to communicate anything. Read his yelp reviews and you will see I'm not the only one to have this guy screw them over and not show up or even have the common courtesy to communicate with them!

With communication so at hand, it would have taken a second to provide an update, he chose to completely ignore me as a client. Not only was this extremely rude, but there was no consideration for my time what-so-ever! I would not recommend this company-ever! Don't be frustrated, just go somewhere else.

I agreed to show up 8/27/18. I worked 2 days for Mike Robbins the owner at Lawns R US on 8/27-8/28/2018. I was never paid for my work as an employee of his on supposed payroll. It's been almost 3 months, No check or mailed paycheck or phone call to come pick it up. I left after 2 days of work because of how he talked to his employees and he didn't believe his 4 employees telling him that the driver didn't hit anything. I also got bad vibes when I didn't receive any paperwork to sign about starting wages and job title. I wasn't going to keep working for someone who verbally said $12 an hour and not produce paper trail. Now I have to file a claim with labor board because my stomach feeling was right to quit my job at lawns r us. So after posting a review Mike magically found my number to issue my wages. Took almost 3 months. He said the check got returned with no evidence and put different working dates.
