Juliana was warm, professional, and attentive, and she made the entire appointment feel comfortable and relaxing. She took her time throughout the treatment and made sure I was comfortable while explaining the process. My skin felt incredibly smooth, refreshed, and clean afterward, and I could definitely notice the difference. One thing I didn't realize before the treatment was how beneficial this type of facial could be for the skin underneath and around my beard. Juliana did a great job thoroughly cleansing those areas, and it gave me a new appreciation for incorporating professional skincare into maintaining a clean, healthy beard. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend Juliana to anyone looking for a quality facial and professional, attentive service!

I live in Corona and make the drive to Hermosa several times a month because they are just that talented. I had plastic surgery back in November 2025 and searched places after trying a handful of other places (LA, Beverly Hills, Corona, Pacifoc Beach & Studio city places) and none of them were a good match for me. The moment I walked in here I was warmly greeted and showed around the pace and different rooms and their full menu. My first massage was a 90 minute body and facial lymphatic and it was INCREDIBLE. It reset my whole mind and body. I've been going ever since, I just had my second round of plastic surgery 5 days ago and have been twice this week alone. Totally worth every penny and every minute I sit in traffic lol .

I've never had a massage before and was looking forward to a relaxing experience. I filled out the proper forms and even said I wanted a massage to ease my stress and anxiety. Jill made sure that experience did not happen. First she learned that we had a mutual acquaintance. I don't know Jill at all. But man, did she try to pry more and more info out of me to gossip about my friend. I even told her I didn't want to do that. But she wanted to keep prying. Then! She started telling me things about my friend I didn't want to know. As she was massaging me she said she found a lump on my back and insinuated that it could be cancer and that it's common. Then proceeded to tell me all about how horrible cancer is. Bye bye relaxing time. I got so stressed by the whole thing I started freaking out about cancer. Had to schedule an appointment with my doctor who couldn't see me in two weeks. Two weeks filled with stress. Finally see my doctor "there's no bump and I have no idea what she's talking about". My doctor also said masseuses or "massage therapists" are NOT doctors though they LOVE to give unsolicited medical advice. The whole experience really sucked and I want my gifters money back. What a horrible experience when all I wanted was a massage. Hope Jill can get her act cleaned up.

The best massage I've had in years, if not ever! Easy to locate and park at the Del Amo Mall near Dave & Buster's. The massage room was cozy with aromatherapy, warm lighting, spa music and the sound of flowing water. The massage bed was heated and the therapist used a cream instead of oil so my skin felt super hydrated instead of greasy! I always have a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders so Patty not only took extra time to massage both but also stretched those muscles. It truly was a much-needed relaxing and restorative experience. Patty is a licensed therapist and it was really evident by the professionalism and skill of her massage. If you are looking for a private, professional and restorative massage- then look no further!
