She even sent me a nice thank you card as a follow up in the mail. The only small downside was I felt the facial was a little short for the price tag. My gift certificate covered my service but coming back again I would like it to be a little longer. I was a little late after finishing paperwork but my facial was a little less than 40 minutes. For Professionals: If a client discloses that they have sensitive skin, I strongly recommend implementing a 72-hour patch test followed by a 5-day monitoring period as a standard precautionary step. This is far more effective than relying solely on a liability waiver. B. For Future Customers: Laser treatments or chemical peels might provide temporary surface-level improvement and a short-term glow, but if underlying internal factors (such as toxin accumulation) are not addressed, pigmentation issues like melasma are very likely to return. The Groupon was $167 (original price $600) for two 90 minute VIP dermaplaning facial treatments with chemical peel and extra massage. It was a bit difficult to schedule an appointment for both of us at the same time, and they put us in separate rooms.. that was the only downside of the experience. Everything else was great! The girl who did my facial was Carley, and she was SO good at her job. They give you a wrap towel to change into (if you would like, would recommend doing so), and the bed you lay on is warm and heated. I have never been so pampered, and I can see why people do this regularly. The upper body massage, from the face to the neck to the upper back to the arms to the hands, while cleansing and moisturizing almost put me to sleep. After dermaplaning, the skin on my face felt like a baby's bottom. The chemical peel was a bit uncomfortable (it's supposed to be tingly), so I don't think I would get this part again.
