This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located and they apparently have 6 therapists on staff.

He measured how my head was laying, using tools, & explained why what he does works & if I am a good candidate for his work. Let's also talk about how he uses a dry erase board & draws pictures of your spine & muscle, and lists out all the issues you are having, while giving you a lesson on what & how he does it. It's like a mini class, very cool touch! I had a lot of adhesions in my neck, that he got out. Really deep massage with direction and a great touch. He took treatment slow and asked me, if I would like more (yes!). He works and focuses on one area, and worked on my neck without making my body crack. The entire time he worked on me he seemed like he had a lot of work to do, and didn't want do too, too much. If you are afraid of having a massage that's too deep, he really takes his work in different levels to make sure you are a good candidate. I have to also add, the assistant Naomi was so professional. I believe my primary doctor recommended me to Dr. Cox, and if I'm remembering correctly Dr. Cox is the one who referred me to a great lawyer, which worked out really well. I only saw Dr. Dan (Cox) during the first initial appointment back in 2012 and have been seeing various other doctors since then. You can request who you'd like to see, I'm just not that kind of person, and quite honestly, I've had a great experience with each and every single doctor here. I've made the mistake in not continuing my treatment when I'm feeling "good," and now after seeing Dr. Franco and Dr. Tom there recently I'm understanding more and more the importance of my neck and back "maintenance". In my situation, this is something I'll have to live with forever, but as long as I keep up with my appointments (down to once a month currently) I won't really be in much pain. When I stopped going for 6+ months, I would be in severe pain and would have to go 2-3 times a week at first just to get on the right track again. They will recommend that you get X-rays done (of course depending on your situation) before doing anything, which I love. The ladies at the front desk are usually the most pleasant and friendly people I've ever seen at a doctors office. Not only do you not usually have to wait long at all (10 min max for me, but I usually walk right back when I get there) but if you need a last minute appointment they can usually get you in the day of! I keep telling myself I'm going to try a chiropractor a block from my house since Clarence / Williamsville is so far for me, and hard to fit in my schedule, but they are really that great and I just can't fathom going anywhere else!

He looks at a person as a whole, not just a spinal cord to be manipulated. There are maneuvers he will not do when it is contraindicated due to a seemingly unrelated health issue. I am truly impressed with Dr. Guzinski's skill as a chiropractor, too. He uses more than modality to reduce or relieve pain. According to his office manager, the average age of his patients is 70. Because so many of these patients are elderly I feel it's my duty to report my experience there. I cannot recommend Dr. Milioto. The treatment I received there did not appear to be tailored to my individual needs. Questions about my treatment were not welcomed. On more than one occasion another chiropractor I asked a question of went on the defensive and started shouting at me. That was not just unprofessional. That was rude. I originally signed on to a program of 11 weeks of twice-a-week visits for a total of 22 treatments. I signed on to this program only because Dr. Milioto told me that the treatment would free me of pain in my lower back. When at the end of the program I was still experiencing pain he once again assured me that if I continued the therapy I would be able to stand and walk pain free. This did not happen. I completed a total of 44 visits over a period of six months. My pain level is the same as it was when I began the treatment. I'm out a lot of money, but that isn't as important to me as letting others know that Dr. Milioto's claim that he would make me pain free was unconscionable and just plain wrong.
