However, after having hip and back pain for 6 months, when a friend told me he's seen Dr Steve for years I thought I might take a chance. Dr Steve is a very kind man, I told him how nervous I was and he talked WITH me, not at me, explaining everything which was going to happen. I have to tell you even more honestly, when we got to the adjustment part, it was NOTHING like all those crazy things you hear about! As a matter of fact, I thought to myself- I don't really see how this is going to help, it doesn't seem like he's doing much? After a few moments he told me we were done for today and I could get up. When I stood up and took a few steps I was in disbelief at how different I felt! It was like I fit into my body better and everything I had been feeling the last 6 months was gone. I honestly thought I was going to burst into tears! I have to say, I can see why my friend has been seeing Dr Steve and I will go into my next appointment with him with a totally different mindset- total trust!

I was fortunate to locate this clinic a mile away from where we were vacationing in August. I have…read morea great chiropractor back in Tampa Bay, but wouldn't be back there until mid September. This is the first time being out of town where I knew I had to find someone. I received a recommendation but that person, even though he knew my family, would not see a new patient. But I saw good recommendations for Complete Care, and they were able to get me in 2 days later. New patient paperwork was done online, and when I got there I did have to fill out a current assessment, which apparently is what they do with each visit (good idea). I was matched up with Dr. Greg Baumler who spent a lot of time with me and we had a good rapport even before I got on the table. He quickly diagnosed that I had one side probably 3 inches higher than the other, so he was able to adjust that and get me back in balance. I was able to work out over the next week, feeling much better and without pain. I had a 2nd visit, which was more maintanence then anything but gave me even more confidence. Sadly I got sick, so didn't want to go back to the clinic until I was certain I was negative. When I visit the area, I will definitely see Dr.Baumler if I need care. I highly recommend this place. It's conveniently located and they apparently have 6 therapists on staff.

Absolutely the Best Massage Therapist Around!…read more I've been seeing Jeremy Springer for years, and he is truly the best massage therapist I've ever worked with. His deep knowledge of chronic pain relief, sports massage, and therapeutic bodywork has helped me eliminate pain in my arthritic knees, shoulder, and even my psoas muscle--something other professionals never even addressed properly. He is extremely skilled, intuitive, and caring. Each session is tailored specifically to what my body needs. Whether you're looking for relief from arthritis pain, muscle tension, sports injuries, or postural imbalances, this is the person to see. His understanding of the body and how to help it heal naturally is second to none. I always leave feeling pain-free, rejuvenated, and aligned. If you're searching for therapeutic massage, pain management massage, or a truly healing touch, look no further. This is professional, compassionate care at its finest. Highly recommend to anyone who wants to live pain-free and restore mobility and well-being!

The massages weren't bad, but I was left with a sense of something profoundly amiss and my fault. I followed Dr. Stack from Naturally Chiropractic. I've been seeing him off and on for about three…read moreyears. I first started going to him because I was *certain* I had a tumor in my neck. I mean, why else could I not turn my head even a little? He didn't make fun of my irrational thoughts, and after my first visit, I could turn my head and actually check my blind spots while driving! A separate issue was plaguing my legs, so I had to see an orthopedic surgeon. I tested positive for chronic exertional compartment syndrome, but before signing up the invasive surgery, the ortho sent me to a physiatrist. The physiatrist sent me for an MRI of my lower back. His office called me a week later to tell me I had a deteriorated disc, and that I could have a pain shot if I needed one. I didn't. I told Dr. Stack what they said, and he asked if he could see the MRI. I brought him a copy, and he read it to me with me in his office. He explained the seriousness of my condition and suggested I see an orthopedic surgeon he knew of who was also a chiropractor. The point of all this is to say, the physiatrist himself did not call me. His office did not explain the issues with my back. Dr, Stack, however, took the time to read it to me and explain what was going on. He's done that more than once. He is genuinely concerned about his patients' overall health and well-being. Good luck finding any kind of doctor anywhere else who is so dedicated to his patients and his practice. I've also brought my mom and my daughter to see Dr. Stack, and I'd never hesitate to recommend him to anyone else either.

I first met Dr. Stack at Naturally Chiropractic several years ago and followed him to his new…read morelocation in Snyder. He is my third chiropractor in WNY after living here for 12 years. The most important quality that Dr. Stack has is his true care for patients. In previous offices, practitioners performed the same adjustments at every visit, which is what initially drove me to look for a new doctor. After several visits with a well known treatment center, I still felt horrible and was being charged hundreds of dollars for a 20-minute, repetitive, robotic adjustment. Dr. Stack, instead, assesses the needs of every patient to determine the right adjustments; each visit is based on what you've identified as a concern and what he finds during his assessments. Sometimes treatments can last 15 minutes or even up to 25 - but time is not the driver of his care as one usually experiences with doctors who take insurance. How you feel and how your body responds to the adjustments is what determines the time he takes with you and the frequency of your visits. He is also very good at listening to your concerns, answering questions, and making sure you understand what he's doing and why. Besides his deep knowledge of chiropractic care, he is also well-versed regarding overall health and can advise patients on vitamins, supplements and other more natural alternatives for just about any ailment. And if he doesn't know, he'll do the research. He is open and honest about healthcare in general, but also respects that patients have choices in their own care. Many times I've been recommended a procedure, test or pharmaceutical from one doctor and have spoken to him as a gut check. For example, I had to take a strong antibiotic for a kidney infection a few years ago, and he recommended pairing a specific probiotic so as not to upset my gastrointestinal balance. It worked and I'm still taking it! As recently as a week ago, I suffered a severe, 2-day, intensely painful migraine. After receiving an IV injection, I phoned him to see if he could squeeze me in. I barely finished my sentence before he nicely said, "Get here as soon as you can and we'll figure it out." I walked in without an appointment, was taken to one of the treatment rooms, given a pillow and ice pack and just waited for him to finish with his other patient. I've worked with a fair amount of doctors since living in WNY and Dr. Stack by far delivers some of the best and most sincere care in comparison to other doctors. He works hard to continue learning and expanding his knowledge in the field, is open to sharing his treatment plans, how to talk with your other specialists about integrated approaches to treatment, and overall making sure you are living well. The name speaks for itself - make an appointment and start your journey with a doctor devoted to helping you feel better!
