Before working with Kenny, I listed my warehouse property with two other agents. While we received some offers, none of them were able to secure the price I was looking for. After listing with Kenny, things changed. He helped me recognize the full potential of the property and developed a strategy to market it to buyers who shared that vision. As a result, he was able to position the building in front of the right audience, helping them see its true value. Thanks to Kenny's expertise and persistence, I ultimately received an offer that met my expectations and successfully sold the property. I want to share my sincere appreciation for Jimmy Lam at Lotus Escrow for the exceptional care and…read moreprofessionalism he showed throughout our recent transaction. As the daughter of the seller, I was closely involved in the closing process, and Jimmy truly went above and beyond. He took the time to thoroughly walk us through the escrow signing documents, ensuring we understood everything before moving forward. What stood out most was his willingness to make necessary corrections to the vesting/title exactly as the buyer had requested before filing--rather than simply relying on an amended letter. This level of diligence mattered greatly to me, as I needed to see those corrections reflected clearly throughout the documents prior to signing. Coming from a background as a paralegal, I understand how critical it is for documents and contracts to be accurate and properly executed. Issues that are overlooked can create serious problems down the line. Jimmy respected that perspective and never pressured us to rush. Instead, he honored our request to carefully review every document, giving us the time and space we needed to ensure everything was in my mother's best interest. I also want to acknowledge Janici Pan, who served not only as our agent but as a true advocate. She consistently ensured that every step of the process aligned with what was best for my mother. We deeply value her commitment and her belief that we are stewards of what belongs to God, and that such responsibilities should be handled with integrity and care. Overall, we are incredibly grateful for the professionalism, patience, and integrity shown by both Jimmy and Janici. Their attention to detail and respect for our concerns gave us confidence and peace of mind throughout the entire process.

My mother's health was ailing, and we needed to get her into an assisted living home ASAP. To do so, we needed to sell her house. It was November (with December rapidly approaching), and time was of the essence. I researched the top agents in the Covina area. Narrowed it down to the top 3 and interviewed the top two over the course of two days. We chose Brenda based on her professionalism, warm demeanor, and market knowledge. We hired Brenda on a Monday, she had the photographer at my mom's house on Tuesday, listed her house on Wednesday, and we received our first offer on Friday. We allowed realtors/potential buyers to view her house over the weekend and accepted an offer on Monday. The craziest part about it was that Brenda's daughter was getting married that same Saturday we allowed agents/buyers in. She didn't skip a beat. It was miraculous! This was the first time I've ever sold a home, so I was very nervous. Though she had her own distractions in life, she didn't break stride. Brenda held my hand throughout the entire process and ensured my mom was taken care of as well (giving us referrals for movers, cleaners, etc.). If you're like me, over-researching realtors, STOP. Save yourself the time and go with Brenda!

Mr. Zhuo rearranged his schedule to make sure everything was finished in time and done in a quality manner knowing Jerry's professional standards. Jerry walked us through multiple strategies, shared his recommendations, and was flexible in going with what we were most comfortable with.
