He communicated well, showed up when we agreed, fixed the problem for a final cost very close to the initial estimate. The slight difference was to be expected as there were 4 (or 5?) circuit breakers that had to be replaced. He followed up on some other issues that he and I noticed, with a plumber that he works with, with as good an experience. He said this is the only time he ever heard of this happening. He sells millions of them. I want my money back he refused and I'm stuck with a ripped recliner, and then he accuses me of ripping the recliner myself which that would make no sense and anyway I don't recommend that anybody use them because their furniture iz cheap. And there was such a popular famous store that sold great things they would make enough money to be able to refund my $400. To them it's nothing but to me it's look at this I'm stuck with or throw it in the garbage.
