I've played some sports here and used to do gymnastics here as a kid, the atmosphere and competition is pretty good and they offer lots of mixed and single sex divisions to suit all abilities. Arts - A large dynamic venue for exhibitions, events and performances year round. I've participated in a few musicals in my time and performed one here. The facilites were great, professional and added to the whole performance, I felt like a star. I've also attended plenty of blue light discos here run by the police. This was always the best and biggest venue for teens to dance and hang at. The room was large, open, well equipped and has good lighting, sound and a DJ. There was a foyer area with a kiosk and toilets which was light and quiet to talk and gather in. Very versatile venue in a great area up North.

In terms of pubs, it's a pretty big one. Sports bar, Night Club area (with bar that doubles as a function centre) and the restaurant, all of which are, well, just ok. Not the classiest place in the world, and it can get a little rowdy from time to time, but it can go alright.

Katie and Fay were absolutely magnificent and very professional right from the first phone call, I can not thank these ladies enough. They were understanding and supportive of our needs and requirements and of it being a last minute(5 days notice)requirement. The service and support throughout the whole time was fantastic. The staff on the night were professional, fun, caring and gave us quality service and the food was excellent. Thank you Katie, Fay and staff for your help in making my son and daughter in-laws night so Special. We came to the indoor sports centre to visit their Inflatable World area (so that's all I am…read morecovering in this review) Apparently sometimes there is a line up to get in as they can only have a certain amount of people in the areas at once but we arrived with no line up and straight into the under 5's area. Entry was $7 for our baby and nothing for us to supervise (we were allowed in and to help her down things etc as shes so little. Usually the sessions are 2 hours long but as we were there in the last session and they weren't busy we were allowed to stay as long as we liked. The under 5's section has 4 main inflatable areas, one big farm jumping castle which Boo didn't go on as it was walled and we couldn't see her inside it, a globe jumping castle with slide, a basketball inflatable 'court' and a smurfs inflatable area with slide. They also had an area with big blocks etc to play with. Everything is quite safe and well placed that i wasn't concerned at all (except when she fell sideways down the slide but SHE loved that!) Boo had a ball and played so much she was exhausted when we left. The adult/big kids areas looked like a blast too and its great that they cover all ages so anyone can have fun. They have an indoor cafe and toilets etc for convenience. They take credit cards (except AMEX) and cash. There are also benches for the adults to sit and watch if they like or you can sit in the cafe area.

Melbourne and Adelaide people might think that is a high price. They have obviously never booked accommodation in Perth. The mining boom is done and dusted, everything in Perth is way over priced. For a princely sum of $109 in Perth you can get a disgusting room at the old Forumula 1 hotel now called Ibis budget. The Sfera's suite and convention centre totally blitz this. My Queen size bedroom had room to boot for a single bed for my son. It also contains a beautiful shower and separate spa bath. Wow. Just can't believe the value. You can't get the same anywhere in Perth. Value for money. Yes it's a little bit out of the city but you know what I truly dont mind the inconvenience at all. So to all the motel owners in WA lift your game. If you are going to charge exorbitant prices make sure it's value for money. Get your heads out of the 70's and 80's motel styles and update your motels and get your pricing right instead of being. " Oh we don't care there is no other place for people to go". Take a leaf out of Sfera's book and give the people what they want. Great rooms good pricing and we can do attitude. Great work Sfera's will stay here again anytime.

They've got a really good room service (best wedges I've had in a hotel), the rooms are nice, the staff are lovely, and when there's a function on, it doesn't really interfere with your relaxation if you're not involved. I liked it a lot, and whenever I'm in Adelaide, I make it a point to try and book a room here in preference to some other very big names. The cafe is also pretty good. Have a look.

The staff here are very friendly, easy to talk to and have great advice! Since recently I've been coming here weekly and it's always the highlight of my week. I think it's because of the positive atmosphere and the homey, kinda nostalgic bowling alley smell. Don't even get me started about their chips! I don't know what it is about bowling alley food, but it's always so good; no matter what bowling alley you're at! Definitely go here.
