When I want back today they had NO CLUE why I was there and asked ME if I knew what needed done... they said nothing was saved from the prior visit, well I told them the x rays showed 2 cavities, next thing I know one of the main dentists comes in, looks in my mouth for a little over a minute and says I have 4 cavities. I didn't have really any mouth pain so I thought it was weird it went from 2 cavities(shown on x rays) to 4 in a 2 week span. The dentist never introduced himself so I didn't get his name. Just not a professional place.

However, I wasn't able to actually get any dental work done until my third visit. After that, I was told that I they had made a mistake and I would have to pay a lot more money than I had originally been told. In addition to that, I was also told that my insurance had been used up and I would now be responsible for the remainder on any other procedures. I wasn't able to continue my dental plan with them. They later sent me a bill for over $150 that still needed paid, even after they had told me in the office that everything was taken care of. I called the office to talk about it and was told they would look into it and get it worked out. I never heard back and assumed that I didn't owe anything. Cut to over a year later and I get a letter from an attorney saying they were suing me for money I hadn't paid and I had a month to pay it. I did and almost a month later, I owe an additional $120 in attorney fees. When I called their office they claimed they sent me 9 letters. I did not receive even 1 letter from them in the past year. They never called me, either, even though they had my phone number. The office staff I spoke with was rude and nasty and treated me horribly. I have never felt so belittled in my life. I am now out an additional $270 and still need to go to a dentist. I will be using someone else and I recommend you do, too.
