I would love a refund or at least an acknowledgement, but nothing. Even Safe Splash offered refunds and were apologetic when their pool broke over March. They notified us right away and kept us in the loop then refunded our money (without us asking). Not sure why pods continuines to enroll new students, but I have to say, I'd recommend staying away.

She was forced to do skills she wasn't comfortable with, ignored despite another teacher trying to intervene, and left screaming and visibly distressed. This all happened because Pods enrolled her incorrectly. I did not ask for a refund--only that the remaining classes be saved as a credit. Instead, the director ignored my actual request, copied and pasted the no-refund policy, and advised me that they reserve the right to change teachers at any time--which was not what I was disputing. The issue was their administrative error and how it was handled. She ultimately stopped responding altogether. They kept our $90 and showed zero accountability or concern for a young child's well-being. I absolutely do not recommend Pods Swimming.

Thanks to the amazing staff, he learned to swim without a bubble and knows how to pull himself out of pool all on his own. The Little School that Can. A small, private academy conducted under relatively strict Muslim…read morerules, ANA serves a small student body--but what service! No grad has ever failed to enter a four-year college, and many (many) get into first-tier schools, often with terrific grants and scholarships. Al-Noor is intimate, everyone knows everyone, and the student/teacher ratio is about 15-to-one. Class sizes well under 20 usually, and everyone is invested in everyone else. It serves both standard academics (three R's) and Islamic education, which is absolutely first-rate according to Mideast scholars. It's remarkable, especially considering there is NO discipline trouble, naturally no substance abuse, no bullying nonsense. When trouble sometimes bubbles, it's instantly sniffed and snuffed, with alert tact. The only trouble is penury: education on a shoestring. But somehow, year after year, Al-Noor does it. Alhamdulillah! Grades six-12.
