The water softener they put in is over 15 years old now and never had a problem. We were so happy with the water softener we've had them do some other plumbing work such as changing toilets, installing a whole house reverse osmosis system and adding hose bibs. I should have said No. These large companies with fleets of vehicles have a lot of overhead and mouths to feed. Item codes are used to bid a job versus the actual parts/labor is really takes.
