I found out that the water heater was having issues so I started trying to fix it myself, then, when I couldn't. I started yelping and searching for a plumber. That's why I came across blue frog plumbing. These guys are amazing!! I called them they answered right away and I told them what was going on and they said will come out for free and check up on your water heater to see what's going on. They were here within 20 minutes. They asked me questions about the water heater and how long it's been off. They got some tools release some valves let her out and then reconnected everything and viola!! my water heater finally turned on. I literally have been working on it for the past two hours and could not get it depressed enough to turn and ignite! They didn't even charge me a penny, and said some thing like this is completely simple. They looked at it as a check up for free. The owner helped walk me through several things over the phone to see if we could diagnose the problem without having to come out and charge me a site visit, which I so appreciated. I called him several times and he was so helpful and pleasant. When the unit kept running a few days later I gave him a call and they came out to take a look. Duane and his son Curtis came out and instead of upselling me to buy a new water softener, they suggested that they could rebuild the unit and save me over a thousand dollars. They said that if that didn't fix the problem permanently within the next 90 days, that I could use that money towards a new unit. They were fast, efficient and super nice and so knowledgeable about not only water softeners, but water valve issues as well, which they also repaired for me.
