They are so kind and helpful I wouldn't use any other service. They spray all of our properties including our country property. I was supposed to have my residence sprayed this morning and they said between 8am-10am would be my appointment time and I also left my phone number for the technician to call when he was on his way. And of course I had a feeling he wasn't going to show and I know I should've called about 930 to make sure he was still on schedule, but hey 10am is 10 am... so I decided to give him the benefit of the doubt, and wait it out!!! And here it is 1020 with no technician, no phone call and basically a no-show. My house is completely turned upside down everything is put away and it's been like this since yesterday since 5 PM to have the whole house ready for him to come spray. It's just frustrating how it's messing with my day, and my time to come back home with my 2 kiddos. And yet I get a call from the receptionist now, only bc I called to let them know, NOBODY HAS SHOWED or EVEN GAVE A COURTESY CALL to tell me he's running late, and he's running late bc of another issue he had at the previous residence he was doing, uhhhh?? Again, TECHNICIAN Haven't you heard of a courtesy call to your main office or the next customer your seeing( SINCE THEY GAVE YOU MY NUMBER!), to give me, or them a heads up that you will be late and give a time frame?! Their service was ok but lacked the customer service of our old family owned provider. We came across Padilla Pest Control and took them up on their $50 start up special. We were truly surprised at the quality of service. Everything was explained as far what was included and what we should expect from their service. Half of what Gabriel did we haven't seen done in quite some time. To say the least we were very satisfied with the friendly attitude, professional service and for clearly explaining what we should expect moving forward. All in all, great service and well worth the cost.

Gabe Padilla is one of the very best men I have ever known, and he's definitely the most…read moreprofessional. Most importantly, he is an extremely honest man, who would never do a job half way, or be tempted to skip a section of your yard, if you aren't home at the time of service. I had Gabriel spray my home yesterday, and as a professional exterminator of 30 years, I know a quality service when I see one. He did a perfect service, and took his time. Many pest control guys I worked with in my 30 plus years, were much more into quantity over quality. I wasn't that way, and neither is Gabe. He will take his time, and do an excellent job, and charge a very fair price. I also know for a fact, that Padilla Pest Control, uses only the highest quality chemicals. A lot of business owners will try to save money, by using very cheap chemicals, with short residuals, hoping you won't call back between services. Not Gabe. He believes in doing it right the first time out, and every time out, and uses the high-end chemicals to make sure the job is done correctly. He is also very meticulous about removing webs from your property. Not just a quick trip around the house, but he removes webs from patio furniture, kid's toys, playhouses, fence lines, etc. Please do not fall for the big companies and their insane prices. I know what I'm talking about, believe me. All you're paying for is the name. Gabe Padilla has more integrity and honesty than the big companies, and uses great materials, at the strength they should be used as. You can trust this man 100%, in your yard or home. Gabe is a great pest control operator, and an even better human being. I couldn't recommend somebody more highly. Give him a chance, and you will be happy you did, I guarantee it!
