Flat Rate plumbing service charges that are extremely high compared to other plumbing companies. One of the services I requested was to replace a kitchen faucet. The labor charge to replace a kitchen faucet which took 45 minutes to complete was $422 which did not include the trip charge. No detail breakdown of the charges until I received the invoice by email. For the services I had requested, I was given an overall cost to conduct the services without a breakdown of each service. I was given the opportunity to accept these charges which I did because it already took 5 weeks to get a plumber out to my house and I already had to pay the trip charge. It wasn't until I received the detail invoice did I see a breakdown of the service charges. When I called to question these high charges it took 3 calls to finally have someone from their contact center reply back to me with their response. While two of the three services I had requested were able to be performed and the plumber was very courteous, the delay in getting this service and the high charges to perform these services were very disappointing. UPDATE: Frasier's Plumbing reached back out to discuss further the concerns I had regarding their service and charges. Their Call Center Manager was professional, courteous and allowed me to express my concerns. At the end we came to a solution that met both of our needs. I appreciate and respect any business that takes the time to listen to their customers concerns to better their service and retain their customers.

All I want was a drain pipe about 20 feet long for a new washer found a place to do it for 1500 and they apologize that it was so much it was just a tight crawlspace. I can say that since I have been with Amerigas, it has been all around positive. I have no complaints whatsoever. They are a good company to be with.

It took several calls and being on hold about an hour each time to talk to a person. Even tried chat but that was not much better. After finally getting a hold of a real person I got transferred again. Apparently no one was authorized to cancel service. Finally got to the right person after many hours of frustration and constantly hearing the same recording over and over on how they transferred their customer service to the U.S. to better serve me. By this time the competitor tank I ordered was installed and the 120 gal already rusty used replacement tank AmeriGas delivered several years ago was sitting to the side ready to pickup. I was told it was $443.08 to dispatch a driver and pick up the tank. I was told we agreed to this somewhere in the decades of time we were their customer. They told me no one reads the fine print. Please take a moment to scan many of the other reviews. I have never experienced this poor of service from anyone and a company willing to take total advantage of long term customers. Shameful at best.

A couple of years ago this institution underwent an extensive renovation. At first I was a little…read moreupset that tax dollars were being expended to renovate something that was so nice and already served the community well. However, after seeing the final result, I'm SO glad they did it. What I like most is the covered porch area that extends over the front. I work "at home" on a computer for my job and during COVID this area served me well. Comfortable seating is available and outdoor plugs are available to plug in when needed. I was able to stay out here during moderate thunderstorms and be dry. Inside the History Center, Children's Library, and study rooms have been expanded and updated as well. I'm so thankful this beautiful space is available to me and look forward to using it for years to come.

I never knew what I had until it was gone…read more This might be the best small-town library in the Northwoods. First, some history: I was born and raised in Three Lakes-- and even went to child care (Story Hour, anyone?!) at this Library. One could say I'm a little biased-- but after a recent visit this summer, I was reminded what a great local resource it is. The Best: 1. Great free wi-fi for locals and visitors alike. They even moved the outside picnic table to the side of the library so that even when its closed, people can sit outside on their laptops and use the signal. 2. Computers for all! I love that you don't have to have a card here to utilize their services. A lot of locals still come to the library to use the computers here instead of taking on the burden of buying their own. 3. Great books! Yes, its a library-- but also a library that spans LOTS of different subjects-- the people running this library are great at getting material that covers controversial, conservative, liberal, political and different lifestyle subject matter. While some people think 'small town, small-town mentality' Three Lakes has always been a town that encourages free thought & speech-- and the library's catalog proves that. 4. The Semi-Annual Book Sale!! again, another opportunity that lets the Library shine! And seriously, THE BEST DEAL IN TOWN! Hardcover books for $1, paper backs for 25¢! So many books and audio books to pick from, there is no way you could walk in and not find something you love that you could just sit on the beach and enjoy. The Worst? I have nothing bad to say... this library is awesome!
