After almost 20 years of using their service, this summer they decided to punish us for being eco friendly. They were going to charge us 1.80 per gallon to fill our tank because we only use one tank a year. Found they are charging different prices depending on your usage. All other propane dealers are charging 1.25-1.35 for summer fill. They are total ripoff, So after being customers of amerigas for 18 years, We decided to switched. There was 150 gallons left in the tank when they took it. After charging a service fee, restocking fee and dispatch charge, we got a check for $45.00. These lowlife bastards are the most vindictive thieves, stealing from customers who did business with them so long. KEEP AWAY FROM AMERIGAS/ NORTHERN ENERGY. Thanks in advance Freespirit

Called them Friday morning, was told I would have a delivery. Waited all day, went to their office at 3:30 to find that they had closed their offices at noon. No way of getting in touch with anyone. It's now after 4 pm, I have wasted and entire day waiting for a propane delivery that hasn't shown up yet. No courtesy call from the driver, no nothing. This is a poor way of doing business, in my opinion. I may be switching to a local company that actually takes care of business on schedule.
