The Negaunee Public Library is centrally located, has a lot of parking available and offers as many services as the big city library I've utilized for decades. I walked in and received my library card right away, no driver's license required (whew, because the SOS effort has been laborious!). I received so much helpful information, had all of my questions answered and just could not contain my excitement at the new world that opened to me in that moment. Librarians are rock stars like that and Negaunee Public Library has an all-star lineup. What a terrific staff! The Negaunee Public Library is affiliated with Overdrive (get the Libby app!) and eight? nine? other libraries. You WILL find the materials you seek, I assure you. They also have the Kanopy service for streaming media, which I look forward to trying. People, this is all available to you out of tax dollars you have already paid. Get in here, reacquaint yourself with your favorite authors and beat dementia by keeping your brain in the game!

The maintenance guys have a lot on their plates with the several different complexes and are always pleasant and as prompt as they reasonably could be with the amount of things they have to do. The grounds are kept up immaculately in the summer. In the winter time, not so much. The snow removal in the parking lots isn't very good and If I did not have snow tires I would get stuck often. The apartment unit itself is clean, updated, in great condition and very comfortable. All around it is a very nice place to live and I recommend it :) especially being one of the only places in Marquette that is pet friendly.
