I ended up signing another 3 year agreement so I could use the credit. They agreed no more budget payments until the credit was gone. My three years are now up and I'm changing suppliers. On June 27, 2023 Como came out and overfilled the tank. Grade 2 Furl oil spill on the exterior of her home, the foundation and the ground, and also it flooded her basement with fuel oil. on June 28th the manager of the Hibbing MN Como Oil office said it wasn't his problem, because the spill only happened inside the house. That was a bold face lie. I requested that he send out a cleaning crew to clean up this toxic mess, that made us very sick. The entire two-story home was full of fumes . The manager said they are not a cleaning company. The spilled fuel was only 3 feet away from the pilot light of the gas hot water tank. Como put us in a very precarious position, and they truly could have cared less. They were negligent. Do not do business with this company. Please go elsewhere.

Gayle will tell you that when we travel, I'm prone to point out a property and state that it used to be a gas station, or look at a building and guess which brand designed it. As an example, some old Shell stations are easy to spot. So when my Brother suggested with stop at the gas station that was designed by Frank Lloyd Wright, I was all ears. Plus, we really did need to fill up the car (on the way to Ely MN) and take a comfort break. The Best Service Station itself was very non assuming, and it appeared to have an active car service bays. Bathrooms were upstairs behind some sort of cool "lounge" area, and the nice attendant was more than happy to fill our tank. And for a modest price, I purchased a nice branded coffee cup to remind of this cool little bit of architecture hidden within this small Midwest town.

The offered a larger vehicle but not for the same date and time. The extent of the help they provided was to give me the number of their regional office so I could call and try and find another option. No luck due to end of month moving activity. The lesson is don't count on them because "confirmed" doesn't mean confirmed, and they aren't going to lift a finger to help when you get bumped due to over booking or bad planning. And surprise, here's the message I got when I tried to leave feedback on their site: "There was an error processing your request" "Something went wrong on our end. We've made a log of what happened, and will fix the issue as soon as possible. Please try again in a few minutes." Good luck if you go ahead and rent from this place, you will need it!!
