The only issue I had was one time when there was a misunderstanding between the work they performed and my insurance company, which initially refused to cover it. However, the work itself was done perfectly, and I was able to take care of the insurance issue separately. It would be great if they worked directly with certain insurance companies, such as AHS, to make things easier for their customers.
