Yikes. Given the dirt and mold I was able to see in my room, I don't even want to think about what I couldn't see. The bathroom ceiling had an entire colony of mold growing. It was so big, it probably could've applied for a seat at the United Nations. How no one at the hotel thinks to clean it up is absolutely astounding to me. The doors had dirty finger and handprints all over them. One of the handprints was left on the hinge side of the door, which means it wasn't cleaned since the door was installed. There's no physical way the handprint could have been left on that door after the door was hung. The hotel and room had a musty smell. It was like being in a wash rag you accidentally drop between machines while moving clothes from your washer to your dryer. The "free breakfast" was several slices of bread laid out and two kinds of cereal. I ate better than that in college. The vending machines are a joke. None of the buttons work properly, so it's a crapshoot as to what you'll actually get. I was working towards a Snickers. I ended up with Nutter Butters and a Pay Day. The employees sat in a room behind the service desk watching TV as if their establishment gave them no reason to improve. The only saving grace was a very polite desk clerk who works evenings. After some confusion about reserving the room via Priceline (and as a new employee), she did her best to solve the problem and I was on my way. The next morning, though, I had some skinny kid who looked like he'd just rolled out of bed. He constantly wiped at his face and sighed as if my early check-out was on the same level as asking him to solve world hunger using a crayon and a scrap of paper. He told me he'd knock a day off of my stay since I was leaving a day early. I asked him for a receipt to show Priceline. He reclined back in his seat, folded his hands, and gave me a very cold, stern, "No." Fortunately, Priceline is working with me to reimburse me anyway. Do yourself a favor: there are a surprising number of mom-and-pop inns around this area. Take a few extra minutes to find them and book yourself a small cabin instead. Good value for the cost. We arrived finding the room they sent us too had not been clean or touched since the prior customer left. Housekeeping had gone home for the day. They gave us an upgrade, a very nice roomy suite with a hot tub and couch. We are disabled so that didn't really matter but the fact is they redeemed themselves and treated us in a dignified manner.. which was very appreciated. Breakfast was the usual. Nothing grand, just okay.. but the price was very affordable. It is clean, beds are comfortable, good value and friendly service. read more

I wish I could give 0 (zero) stars. We checked into room 118 after 10 hours of driving on our cross-country trip to find Grasshoppers under the sheets in the bed and in the toilet. Upon further inspection there were dead beetles and half dead beetles under the beds in the dozens as well as throughout the room. I would not recommend anybody stay at this hotel. The only credit I will give is to the husband and wife who were working the front desk who didn't argue and were apologetic as I checked out 5 minutes after checking in. read more

This was the worst place ever. They charged us $189 for 2 nights. The lights didnt work. We finally got the bathroom light to come on a little. Then we saw holes in the sheet rock in multiple places. Wiring was hanging out of the door lock 4 inches. No cover or batteries to the smoke detector. The shower rod was barely hanging on the wall and had holes in there too. My husband went to get our money back and was told we git that room because we had dogs. We paid a pet deposit. This was such a bad place it needed to be demolished. I wish we had stayes long enough to take pics. We stayed here a few years ago and it was nice. Now it is a dump. We got our.money back and went somewhere else. read more

There was black mold in the bathroom, no smoke alarm just the wires where it used to be, and the door in the bathroom was nasty. The floor had not been vacuumed and there were stains on the sheets. The continental breakfast was nearly nothing they only had two pieces of bread, two muffins, two kinds of cereal, milk and no coffee. One lady staying there said they had no hot water and she tried to get a refund and was denied. read more

*NEVER EVER STAY HERE* This is by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in, which says a lot because I travel constantly. The hotel itself was in deep need of renovation and had slow service because they changed owners and smelled like a toilet. The pool was green and had trash in the bottom of it, but this isn't even the worst of it. We had to switch rooms twice (both of which smelled like smoke and they were non-smoking rooms) we had to wear socks in the rooms so our feet wouldn't get dirty from the carpets. We found pills under the bed multiple times and we had a toddler running around. Our door was broken, the furniture was filthy. And we had to call front desk because of the shady people outside. We went outside to get fresh air and a homeless man followed us outside all the way upstairs to our room. Not to mention the creepy guys who kept staring at us. Never go here. This place should be shut down. I will never forget my stay here. read more

The only reason I rated 1 star is because I could not post this review without chooseing a rate! If it were up to me this place would be condemned. Me and my husband were planning on staying at this place a week and day 2 we realized someone's soap from a previous stay was in the shower. There was hair stuck on the shower that was not ours and we also realized they were making up our beds but not changing the sheets which resulted in my husband being ate up with bites then we later found was BED BUGS. We took pictures to show the front desk and they said they could move us in a room the next morning (they were full) which I don't believe. We were not about to stay another second in this place. So as we were leaving and demanding a refund we looked under the mattress to find that the entire bed was infested with bedbugs and behind the bed was caked up with dirt and dust this place is in no way sanitary and I'm appalled that it passed any kind of inspection. Please don't stay in this place it's dirty and in no way worth the money spent!!!! read more
