She pointed the issue to the server (who didn't even apologize or even seem bothered) and asked that he show the remainder of the $60 boot sole to the manager. Now, we were not looking to recieve any sort of compensation or anything like that. My wife simply wanted the issue acknowledged by the manager since the steak was so expensive and was not cooked correctly. The manager never bothered to show up. This is a clear indication that the management of the Republic Steakhouse doesn't really care about either the quality of the food or the satisfaction of the guests. This is a shame because there is alot to like otherwise. Unfortunately, it doesn't look like we will be visiting them again. One final tip for the bar staff: If you are going to charge $18 for an Old Fashioned, you either have to make it good or fill the glass. Pick one.
