First off they offer the bug washing service which there is no sign on how you enter in to that area so I stopped and asked - the water in the bucket was dirty and did not appear to have any soap or suds Went in for a carwash and paid $25 for a mediocre service - Bucees does the same thing for $14 proceeded to use the vacuums they offer one of them wasn't working properly so I had to use the other one - they didn't have any cloths outside and wanted you to go inside and ask in which case what is even the point of having a bucket outside offering them..? Then as I am trying to leave this girl rudely stops me and tells me I am going the wrong way when there is an exit to leave the property clear as day right in front of my face... so I tell her I am just trying to leave and proceeded to drive my car thru the exit - TELL ME WHY this girl RUNS in front of my car and will not move and is forcing me back out of an already completely unorganized area when there is a clear and straight line right in front of me I could take and the situation would be completely resolved in seconds.. matter of fact there wouldn't have been a situation. Put up some damn signs out or cones hell BLOCK OFF THE AREA if they do not want people driving thru there!?! I mean this was sooo ghetto - especially when there are no signs or anything saying I cannot exit here .. I've had my front windshield cracked for a few months now and finally decided to get it replaced…read more So, I heard about L E Ducros Services from a friend and decided to give the place a call. The gentleman named Louie answered and was quick with giving a reasonable quote for a new windshield and setting up an appointment was easy. So, I arrived to have the new windshield installed a day after and was told the total process would take about one hour. Which to me seemed like a great thing because most people want to get in and out. Then there came a delay because of the glass had cracked during the process, Louie was very apologetic about it cracking and actually was able to order one quickly and have it sent the next day. I was very understanding because things happen and he mentioned that there wouldn't be any difference to the price. The next day I returned early as he mentioned the glass would be done first thing in the morning. He called me around 8:30am and told me the car was ready. I arrived a few minutes later and seen the glass was removed and a new one in its place and he even added a new molding to keep in it place which was very nice of him to do. My overall experience with the staff is that they are very kind and helpful with working out a perfect price for any of your needs. I recommend coming to have your glass repaired or redone or anything he can help you with. Great service and if I ever need a new glass repaired or installed this is definitely the place where I'll be returning to for sure. Thanks Louie and staff!

This mom & pop glass shop took care of glueing the chip to prevent any spreading in just 15 minutes. The staff were very friendly and offered if I ever need a full windshield replaced, they'll knock down that price with the cost of the chip repair which was $60 at the time of my repair. Overall would recommend their professional services!
