I've had my front windshield cracked for a few months now and finally decided to get it replaced…read more So, I heard about L E Ducros Services from a friend and decided to give the place a call. The gentleman named Louie answered and was quick with giving a reasonable quote for a new windshield and setting up an appointment was easy. So, I arrived to have the new windshield installed a day after and was told the total process would take about one hour. Which to me seemed like a great thing because most people want to get in and out. Then there came a delay because of the glass had cracked during the process, Louie was very apologetic about it cracking and actually was able to order one quickly and have it sent the next day. I was very understanding because things happen and he mentioned that there wouldn't be any difference to the price. The next day I returned early as he mentioned the glass would be done first thing in the morning. He called me around 8:30am and told me the car was ready. I arrived a few minutes later and seen the glass was removed and a new one in its place and he even added a new molding to keep in it place which was very nice of him to do. My overall experience with the staff is that they are very kind and helpful with working out a perfect price for any of your needs. I recommend coming to have your glass repaired or redone or anything he can help you with.
