Things were never fixed that we had paid for. He let our home fall into such disarray, after being pulled into court, a Judge deemed our home unfit for human habitation. He does not do any background checks, because a previous tenant did not come close to the financial screening aspect along with numerous evictions. Some of the people he let in would not qualify for a rental in the worst parts of town. It has been over a year now and our home is still under repairs before we can even list it. To date we are getting very close to hitting the $80k mark for the many years of neglect. My advice is to steer clear of him and his company that were involved in this nightmare! They advertise his son works along with him.
