We had a tight turnaround, too, as I was leaving for the UK. She went above and beyond what I was expecting, considering the mess I gave her. I highly recommend this business!!!!! I decided that I liked them so much that instead of returning them I would have them repaired. I dropped off at Mr Van's where I was given a claim slip and was told I would hear from them when they were ready. Nearly two weeks later I hadn't heard from them at all, so I went in to ask if they were finished. I was told that they couldn't be repaired and I should return them. They never called either one of the two phone numbers I left them to tell me that they weren't going to do the repairs. Completely unprofessional.
