DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!
I Purchased from them 8/10/18 two separate orders in the same day. I sent over 7 emails to get in touch after my order wasn't sent after the 7-10 mark. I called a phone that just kept ringing. After finally getting in touch with the owner the last week of august, he told me I wouldn't be charged unless the items sent. I bet you can guess that these items never sent. I am doing my taxes and looking over bank statements where the owner held on to credit card information and charged me a month after and never sent the product. Holding on to customer credit card information is illegal unless it's subscription based. He also sent me a cancellation of order email back in January saying the order had been cancelled without ever refunding me, sneakily trying to hold on to the money. When calling the owner he gave me his cell phone number to confirm the order. He said he would have to cut me a check, and had no way to electronically send me the money. That as a business he doesn't have Pay Pal, Venmo, Zelle, etc. He said he would cut a check this week, and didn't. When getting in contact again about if he sent the check, he said no he would do it next week. I called my bank because enough is enough, and I might take it further to make sure people like this don't do business. 0 stars for everything about this company. Do not get suckered into purchasing from this company by all the cute prints they "can maybe" print you. read more
