Don't waste your time or money with these guys for an RV inspection…read more They rushed through the entire inspection in just 30 minutes, didn't test a single system, and never even got on the roof. Then they refused to provide any findings report. Multiple calls and emails went unanswered until they finally sent a worthless invoice that basically said "nothing to see here." I used them once for a repair and it was fine, but their inspection service is a complete joke. Skip them entirely and find a proper RVIA-certified inspector who will actually do the job. He decided he would graciously replace one of the units with the correct unit, he came with the unit, didn't have the parts he needed, of course we inspected and found that this one was ALSO an inferior unit, and this one was discontinued. When I called Speedy Mobile RV Repair on a Saturday morning, not only did a kind, understanding representative answer the phone, Demi, she also offered to make an appointment while we were still at the campsite within a couple days. The Technician, Carter, that came was clean cut, intelligent and thorough. He took the time to to check each and every thing was able to diagnosed the many issues and explained it all to us. He offered to put a rush on the replacement parts when we told him we had a trip coming up to visit and support our granddaughter in a school play. Well...they did just that :) When we called with questions, Demi always answered the phone ! Again...this is Speedy Mobile RV Repair! They truly are the best. They kept us up to date with the parts delivery and even made an appointment for the repairs as they waited for the last one of the parts to arrive. On the day the Technician, Carter was scheduled to come, he contacted us to give us a half hour span of time for his arrival ! A half hour !! When my husband told me Carter would be here between 9:00 - 9:30 I thought 9:00 am to 21:00. Nope 9:00 am - 9:30 am ....just amazing. Read their Our Story - About Us on their web page....its TRUE :) Thank you All at Speedy Mobile RV Repair ! True and they keep their word to help in a timely manner: This is Speedy Mobile RV repair story: I am happy to report that it is True and they keep their word to help in a timely manner: "Born From Frustration, Fueled by Passion - The Speedy Mobile RV Repair Story My journey began in 2021 when I purchased a brand-new 2022 Alliance Valor Toy Hauler 5th Wheel from a large dealership in the Tampa Bay area. What should have been an exciting day quickly turned into frustration when I discovered several issues--one serious enough to require immediate attention before I could even leave the lot. Over the next 2 1/2 years and 15,000 miles on the road, I faced more problems--some minor, others major structural concerns. Each time repairs were needed, I encountered the same challenges: long wait times at dealerships and poor-quality work that left me feeling overlooked and disappointed. Hoping for a better experience, I turned to mobile RV technicians. But even then, the results were hit or miss. Many didn't return calls for days, some didn't show up for scheduled service appointments, and the quality of work varied greatly from one tech to the next. As a self-employed business owner for over 20 years, I knew there had to be a better way. With my wife's encouragement, we decided to put our experience running businesses to work in the RV repair industry. We believed that by focusing on the basics--answering the phone, returning calls promptly, employing certified and licensed technicians, and communicating clearly with our customers--we could deliver a level of service that RV owners deserve. That's how Speedy Mobile RV Repair was born. Today, we're committed to providing professional, dependable service right at your door--so you can spend less time worrying about repairs and more time enjoying the road ahead."
