These guys couldn't be BETTER!! I ordered a new convertible pump for my '62 Eldo online and thought I had done everything right. The order process was smooth and easy - the way I hope/expect the process to be. Ordered the pump on Sunday and Monday I received a call, I think from Ryan, suggesting I may have ordered the incorrect pump motor. Ryan knew exactly what type of convertible pump a '62 Cad used!!! He amended my order with the correct pump and gave me great advice on it's installation. He also discussed the rubber boots/plugs that secure the pump in the well and sent me two different types of plugs to insure my install was perfect the 1st time. This information was much appreciated as the pump I was replacing was not the correct size nor was it installed correctly w rubber plugs. Now the top works amazingly GREAT!!! Motors up and down QUICKLY and smoothly. So easy to latch closed now bc I no longer have to manually wrestle the header in place to latch closed - the new motor brings the header right into perfect position/alignment!! No more struggling with it in front of family and friends to get it latched. Oh joy!! Thank you all!! read more

I brought my classic VW to them and they didn't install my top correctly, it does not latch completely to the windshield and the rear window wasn't installed correctly. When I contacted the manager Paul he said he told me about the top not closing and the rear window situation. That's nothing but lies, I wouldn't have paid in full had I known these issues before I arrived! read more

Awaiting resolution to poor workmanship on installation of convertible top for my 1999 Miata...

sent 2 1959 corvette control valves to be rebuilt as per the website. . Both returned after they rebuilt Both valves were leaking. The other valve would not lift the top up and leaking. I called the shop talked to Paul he said to send it back. He sent both back to me he said he when over them and should be ok. One valve was good the other still leaking and would not lift the top. I called again and sent back was returned still the same I did this several times. I decided to find a restorer over the winter. I let it go until a week ago . I send the valve to a Corvette restorer in Indiana. He tore apart the valves and found that the ports were packed with old dry break fluid and the electric coils had be wind with the wrong gage wire. I received them back from the Restorer and are working great. I would not send any classic car part for restoration and have told all my club members what had happen. read more
