They did not get to my vehicle until Friday morning even though they received it at end of day Wednesday and were in possession for over 24 hours. Which is disappointing but most disappointing was charging $25 for new windshield wipers which is reasonable. But $36.75 for EACH wiper to be installed is outrageous service. Will definitely be going to different automotive repair shops and take 5 for oil changes and windshield wipers replacements and at least they will get both done within a 24 hour window of possession of my vehicle unlike this business sadly.

He did an awesome job diagnosing the problem, went and got the parts and had everything working in a very short period of time. He gave me an in-person quote of $200, which I confirmed twice, but the final bill came to $398. Suddenly, there were insurance fees I was never told about. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. Pricing transparency is completely lacking--get everything in writing. The job may be fine, but the way they handle cost is unacceptable.
