He is truly a kind soul- as he helped someone jump their car before he began work on our door. He did an amazing job resizing a standard door to fit a very custom entryway. I HIGHLY recommend him to others and will definitely be in touch should I need additional help on other projects.

They were very responsive to our Yelp messages and follow-up questions. Unfortunately, when the time of our appointment arrived, they were nowhere to be found. I had shifted around my entire work schedule to be able to be home and was left scrambling to find another handyman on short notice. I understand things happen but I would have expected at least a call to let me know they wouldn't be coming and to reschedule my appointment. I am unlikely to return to this business based on my experience but if you choose to use this service you may want to call and confirm your appointment.

I did not want to have to make changes to my house. I wanted to get a system that was compatible with my current set up. He gave me his advice and I ordered a Rheem 36kw tank-less water heater as instructed. He installed it and the next day it blew a fuse. Ok, no biggie. A few days later, it cut off again and would not turn back on. Called in an electrician and it turns out that the plumber didn't know what he was talking about. The fuse in my disconnet box blew because he hooked up the water heater's electrical components dangerously incorrect. The Rheeem he suggested requires 4 double 40 breakers to power it. He hooked it up to 1 double 30 breaker. Of course the system was too strong for the breaker and the wiring. I'm grateful my house didn't catch on fire but now I need to changed the breakers, upgrade wiring, and add additional disconnects to work the system properly. F that plumber. I paid him to avoid this. Enter Mister Electrical to the rescue. The tech came out. He was professional and extremely respectful of my home, even took extra time to make sure he didn't leave a spot behind him. After examining the set up and talking with his senior, the tech said they would take some time to make sure they get it right. He didn't want to give me any misleading information. The Senior plumber, being made aware of my situation, took a few days to go over the manual and my set up to find the best course of action for my problem. After a few days, he came up with a solution to hook it up to 2 double 60 amp breakers and to run it at a lower setting (the normal power settings were far beyond what I could ever use... damn plumber). At the end of the day, I appreciate how Mister Electric took the time to find the best solution to my specific problem. They were always respectful of my home and money. They could have rightfully charged me $5000 to hook it up like the manual basic instruction. But they took the time and effort to learn the system and find a way to save me over $3000 dollars. Integrity is priceless. Call Mister Electrical now.

I had not heard of this company before, but I am glad I found them here on Yelp. I contacted a few…read morecompanies on Yelp, and 3 got back to me, including 1-800-Plumber. The job I had was pretty straightforward - replace a kitchen faucet, replace a bathroom sink faucet, and replace a toilet fill valve. No emergency, but I needed the work done. I was supplying the parts. One company gave me a price quote that seemed standard, which, to my mind, seemed pretty high for what seemed to be about an hour's work (assuming two people). Another company said they needed to send a plumber out for an estimate. 1-800-Plumber gave me a pretty reasonable estimate (i.e., lower than the first) after confirming the work I needed in a phone call the day I made Yelp contact. We scheduled the visit for a few days later (I was on travel) within a 2-hour time window. Alex and his colleague came right in the middle of the window, and I had received a text message that they were on the way. The punch line is that Alex and a colleague (whose name I didn't catch) did a great job. One person worked on each faucet, and they installed both beautifully. They carefully tested for leaks in my presence and happily answered my questions. One then quickly replaced the toilet flush valve and demonstrated it to me while the other prepared the invoice on a tablet (the receipt was sent to my email). And they did accept a credit card, with no additional fee. The plumbers were very efficient in their work, courteous, and left things very clean, wiping up any spilled water and boxing the parts they replaced. I would happily use this company again and may call them back for some similar tasks.

Ultimately the work got done but the quality of the work was lacking especially for the price paid. Totally disappointed! Edited review: the customer service is excellent.
