My mom stayed here most nights and I bought her a reclining foldable chair and they did not complain. Facility is also super clean and does not have a funny smell. I work EMS so I've been to a few SNF and this one seems to be the best. Wooden floors = no lingering smell = easy to clean. Bathroom is clean. The staff at first took a couple of days to adjust to my dad's medications, they forgot to give him his eye drops etc but after a while they were on it. They also gave me a sandwich and beverages which was very much appreciated as I visited my dad for 4-6 hours. There were also times where I stayed past the suggested visiting hours and never got a hard time from them about it. My only complaint would be the parking. It is tiny and when it's full it could be hard to find parking on the street. But honestly most residents here never really got visited as often as I did with my dad so it wasn't a huge issue. I'd like to thank the Filipino staff that took care of my dad as well as the rest of the staff including the physical therapists. They are great and this is a great facility, highly recommend. -Craft family

I am so grateful to my team, Sherilyn, Haley, Kris, Amanda, and Kate. They took the time to listen to my concerns, and encouraged me every step of the way. Their competence, knowledge, compassion and great listening skills is why I believe UC Davis has partnered with them as their affiliate Home Care Agency. Communication skills, patience and experience with homebound patients is different from health care providers in an outpatient or hospital setting. They definitely have that from years of experience in home care. Thank you to this team and the owner of American River Health Care for his insight and providing extra much needed services for free that are not provided by insurance. You have set the bar high! P.S. It's important for NEW home care patients to understand that home care professionals are unable to stick to a specific appointment time frame due to travel time and the importance of judging when the patient is physically and mentally ready before leaving for their next patient.

She received a bill at some point which she probably opened and didn't mention. The last month I didn't know my mom had progressive dementia along with other issues that have placed her back into another skilled nursing facility. What happened to really upset me was receiving a certified letter addressed to her with the $150.00 past due notice. To me this is ridiculous waste to send to people on Medicare and who are disabled. I spoke to a person in the business office explaining my mom's condition, my disappointment and to direct ALL COMMUNICATION TO ME. I thought it was pretty clear that day and I wouldn't get a call until the next month for payment. I got a call one week later asking where to send the statement. I don't like writing reviews like this one but this goes beyond what I consider poor business practice and a waste of facility money.

If you are looking for a place that will treat its residents with respect, love and understanding - look no further! Set in a beautiful residential area, this home feels like just that, a home. Meticulous attention has been paid to every detail so that residents can relax, enjoy themselves, and live their lives without feeling like they are in a sterile institution. The staff are warm, friendly, and highly skilled. In a world in which the elderly are increasingly marginalized and neglected, All Seasons is an oasis of compassion and appreciation. They do not see their residents as clients, occupants or income streams - they see them as people, people with stories to tell, dignity to honor, and individuality to be appreciated and accommodated. I cannot recommend this home highly enough. If you or a loved one is in the season of life where increased care is necessary, then you must call Toly and Mary at All Seasons. It's that simple.

I wanted to leave a review as I see there haven't been many recently…read more My dad with severe dementia and Parkinson's was part of the All Seasons community for just under 3 months. I can't say enough good things about All Seasons. First I will start with Toly the owner . From the time I reached out, he was attentive, communicative and kind. He spent so much time with me, easing my fears and worries that we would find the right place for my dad. He kept me updated all along the way with the waiting process. And he gave me such good advice during the time we were waiting for a spot to open up for my dad. I will never forget the kindness and compassion and dignity he showed our family along the entire process. Second, Lauren, the house manager at the home my dad was in. From day one, she came alongside my dad-really wanting to know him, to understand him, and to help him thrive during his time at All Seasons. Her care and love for dementia patients and their families is second to none. I was constantly amazed at not only her patience and kindness towards my dad (who was very difficult a lot of time) but also to us as his family who were trying to navigate the difficult behaviors and circumstances surrounding his disease. We will forever be indebted with gratitude that my dad had Lauren as his caregiver and advocate for the last part of his life. Also, Hector, Lilly, Melissa and so many more. All the caregiver at All Seasons seemed to be called to care for these special patients. My dad had previously been in a large memory care. For everyone there-it was a job and only that. Not at All Seasons. They hire only those who truly care about patients living with dementia. As a nurse of 28 years, I can whole heartedly recommend All Seasons for your loved one with dementia.
