Hi, some staff very rude,,they treat you like you need them, so take it or leave it and some needed…read moreit desperately so they just put up with the routine stress. It is not all the staff that is this way and I'm not talking about somebody with an occasional bad day, but even the rude ones seem to have their favorites and are nicer.. my blue light came on first twice and they jumped over to somebody else. The first time I let it go the second time they did not seem to appreciate my comment.. it still may be worth going to to donate and serve the community and get compensated and have your patience tested and stretched while you're there with a smile. The gentleman in the back calling people to a chair was rude and very off putting. The young lady "disconnecting" me from the machine was very nice and friendly. So the 2nd time I didn't care for the location too much. Now the 3rd time was straight horrible. The young girl who called me to the chair had a very thick accent (which I didn't mind. Just made it kind of hard for me to understand her). This young girl also stuck the needle too far up my arm. How I know that...because the machine literally kept beeping and 3 different girls at 3 different times came over to hit a button so the machine would stop beeping. Never once did any of these girls come over to see why the machine was beeping until about 20 minutes after it wouldn't stop beeping. The whole time I was there this time; made me very upset! The 3rd time I was there I arrived at 7:45am (because on Saturday's this location opens at 8am). Well management didn't open the doors until 8:42am!!! Mind you it was -8 degrees outside & people were standing outside waiting to get in!! The totally time that I was in this location was 8:45am until 10:38am!!! The 1st time I was there (from start to finish) it was about a total of 40 minutes. The 2nd time was an hour and a half. The 3rd time was unacceptable!! I was seen upfront by the techs at 8:45am. I did not get "unhooked" from the machine until 10:38am!!! That is totally ridiculous!!! I most definitely would not recommend anyone to go this this location!! DO DONATE WITH THIS COMPANY!! But this location gets 1 star from me personally!!
