When my oldest son was almost a year old he got RSV and we treated it. Not long after we finished the antibiotics he was in his high chair at the table and he laid his head down on the table and became VERY lethargic. I called the office of the Broken Arrow Family Clinic where Dr. Whitehouse worked at the time and her aunt was on call. I told her his fever was 104.5 and he had just finished his Atb for RSV. She said it was impossible for him to have it again and said I was overreacting because I was a new mom. I called Rachel because she had given me her home number and she told me that I know my son better than anyone else and if I feel like he needs to be seen then I should take him in. The ER staff said if I had waited he would probably have died in his sleep because he was so sick. I would recommend Dr. Whitehouse to anyone I know. She truly cares about her patients.

She asked for him to remove our son from her on a Wednesday morning, he said he could not do it that day and would not let another doctor do it. He wanted her to wait until the following Monday. He told my wife that "her pain would be the same" if it happened on Wednesday or if it happened on the Monday. That comment did not help anything. We chose to go to St. John's that day and they took such good care of us and we got to have some time with our son. That would not have happened if we had gone with Thompson's plan. Also, our son stopped moving on a Sunday, my wife had last seen Thompson on the Thursday before. It was a quick in and out. My wife said she was feeling weird and he just brushed her concerns off, and went on to the next patient. Very rude. Please stay away from him. Since this happened, we have had a daughter and we used Dr. Parham with St John's. The difference in the doctor and patient relationship was night and day compared to Thompson. Dr. Parham cared and checked everything on my wife that she needed and wanted. He also discovered what had happened during the prior pregnancy and that was very helpful. I taught a variety of subjects including a phonics based reading program. I am excited to see what artificial intelligence has done for phonics based reading. I'm even thinking about applying to substitute teach. A number of state legislators, a school board member, and the superintendent of Oklahoma schools were there. We were allowed to observe several classrooms where children were using this program. The teacher would be at a table working with a small group of children. The other children in the class were working on the Amira program on their laptop computers. All were totally engaged. I was impressed watching our state superintendent, Ryan Walters, interact with the teachers and children. I had gotten the impression from the media that Walters was really mean to the teachers. My daughter is still teaching and I didn't want anyone to be mean to her. It was quite the opposite. He had great rapport with the teachers and administrators. They seemed to like him and he praised them for the good work they were doing. Carnegie is an excellent school and I have hope other schools in Tulsa and all of Oklahoma will follow in its footsteps.

Then asks for a cash advance so he can pay them guy working with him. So Matthew comes back the next day, now with a different helper. They load up the trailer to haul stuff away but doesn't finish the cutting up of the tree. Since he was close to being done, I didn't mine paying the remaining amount. He had bragged about getting the whole tree down and cut up in an hour so what he has left won't long. And that was the last I saw of Matthew. I have a couple texts of him making excuses and a voice message he sent me. He is no longer responding to text messages and appears will not be coming to finish the work.
