Which is important for me, I'm known to tell you I'll be back with no intention if I feel pressured. Well back to Kevin! He shared such a wealth of knowledge on such an array of pieces I had in my possession for so long but knew nothing about. It really was such a relief that he was so willing to enlighten me without any pressure of selling anything and yet expressing interest in the pieces that would be worth getting rid of at the moment. Having spent a good amount of time learning with him I felt very comfortable letting go a handful of pieces but left with just under $500.00! A legitimate handful of jewelry! His efforts were surely appreciated I feel him and his coworker really went the extra mile for me while I was in the establishment. I had a friend of mine tell me that her fiancee got her ring at Baxter's, so i put that feather in my hat. I "snuck out" and went to Baxter's thinking I was just going to inquire about a ring but I ended up walking out with a slip and a down payment on a ring! The staff at Baxter's couldn't of been any better to me. They had beverages, a cozy couch to sit on, and most importantly WORKED WITHIN MY BUDGET. I was looking at a princess cut ring, but it was WAYYY out of my budget. Fortunately, the awesome people at Baxter's got a smaller diamond from the back and even let me use the glasses to inspect the diamond as they explained it to me. There was no "shadiness" with them. They really put me first. After I proposed to her, we went in and got her ring sized to fit. They're customer service was just like when I went in and they adjusted her ring for free. Went here based on customer reviews on here and online as I was trying to sell a fee pieces of silver bullion because I needed some extra cash and the price has been way up lately. So I brought in a few of my collection and he gave me a price that was a lot lower than I was hoping for, but I wasn't expecting market value and, as stated, I needed some cash and what he offered took care of that. So I took it and was on my way. Driving home I get a call from a strange number. It was Wayne from Cash for Gold. Je told me he made a mistake and he owed me another $120 and to come back and I could pick it up. I was floored! I mean, I was gone. Deal done. He coulda said "OH well" like many pawn brokers or other precious metal dealers would.
