When I told the workers there about what happened, they said I would have to go through the car wash again. I asked for a manager and the worker said they weren't available. When I told the attendant about it when I went back around, she said they had a lot of that because they were so busy. She didn't apologize and seemed to be put out that I complained. I know the workers there are young, but they really need to brush up on their customer service skills.

I ordered the most expensive package at $12.00 and there it asked if I wanted hot water and wax for $5.00 extra for both of them. I guess it was going to wash the vehicle with cold water beforehand? Anyways pulled in - and I was nervous for my vehicle since there was no guide-rails - as you can see. Wasn't too sure if I was too close to the left or to the right, just hoping that it wouldn't hit my car. So after my vehicle came out unscathed, I checked my vehicle a few hours later and it had all these watermarks all over it. Like it was hard water or those streaks you see on your dishes you see when you use cheap dish-washing detergent. For a car wash that cost to $20.00 - you expect that these water marks would at least not be on the vehicle or that spot free rinse would be a thing. I shouldn't have to wash my vehicle twice after going through a car wash - and that's exactly what I had to do.

I forgot to take pictures of this place but it looked pretty similar to the other location except it was not really on a hill and was located on a flat area. I parked in a stall, swiped my credit card, and selected whichever mode to wash my car. I actually wanted to rinse off the salt from my car so I wasn't there to make sure every dirty part of my car was cleaned. Instead, I sprayed RainX, soap, and water to clean up my car. They even had an option for wax, but I didn't do that. I was there for at least 10 minutes and it was under $9 which was fine with me. I will probably come back to rinse off my car in the future.

I went to pick it up at the end of the day Sunday and the car was still dirty, he had a bottle of carpet cleaner in his hand and said he couldn't clean a spot on the carpet and wouldn't charge me for cleaning the carpet, he clearly did not shampoo the carpet. The inside of the door jams were never touched, and the front bumper, side mirrors, and side skirts still had bug guts on them as well as road grime. The young man said he washed it twice and shampooed it as well as tried 'goof off' but couldn't get it clean. I told him it was unacceptable and left it with him for another day, and asked for the owner to call me. I came back Monday the car was basically the same, a half-ass wipe job around the truck lid with dirt still visible, he missed half the sunroof, completely missed the inside of it and in the process of cleaning the inside trunk, a sensor was broken from its mount and hanging by the wiring harness. They never lifted the hood to clean the engine compartment and there were still a few tree leaves around the windshield wipers. The owner never followed up with me. I would not recommend this place, I wouldn't bring in a lawn mower for these guys to touch.
