They took great care, did extensive prep covering everything and were very detail-oriented. When they'd be here working downstairs, we couldn't even hear them. They also referred us to a floor installer/carpenter who works with them and is a great fit in a high quality company like Entrup (Justin Gilliland). His work was precise and quick. I'd ask about some detail or another, and then passing through the room later would discover it was just done (and done right!).
