We ran into a bump with damage to gutters which was quickly brought to our attention, we problem solved together and a resolution was identified quickly. He replied quickly, and came the next day. Agreed on the trimming of two trees. The crew arrived 15 days later to do the agreed-upon work. I was present for the first trimming and was pleased. One gentleman did not know that another tree needed to be trimmed, so I had to tell him, along with the other workers. I said, showed, and explained to two of the workers what I wanted done on the second tree. I had to leave shortly after the worker started on the second tree, making sure I gave one of the workers a check for the two trees being trimmed. I arrived home and was not pleased or satisfied with the work that was done on the second tree. I communicated with Brandon via text that I was pleased with the first tree that was trimmed, but was not satisfied with the second, and asked if the tree could be trimmed further. Brandon read the text shortly after it was sent, and still to this day, Thursday, September 18th, there has been no reply from him. He had no problem cashing the check, knowing that within a few hours after the crew left on Friday, September 12th, I was not pleased with the work and was asking for it to be made right.
