Yelp messaging was responsive, their quote was the lowest, and they were the only shop that could replace the window the same day using OEM (original) glass. Other shops charged the same for aftermarket glass and couldn't complete the job until two days later. The mobile replacement took only about 40 minutes, and I was back on the road in no time. Kept putting it off until I could no longer deal with this situation. I guess when I only open both windows half way.. just to get some air into the car, that's probably where the problem is coming from. Recently, both windows got stuck and neither one of them would go up or down. Got me worried and a bit stressed. Thanks to Yelp, I found this glass junk yard that not only fixes/repairs windows, but also does all types of work from auto mirror repair/replacement, auto windshield repair/replacement and sell all types of materials, parts, supplies for Domestic and European cars. Made a call last week and spoke to Jonathan, he told me no appointment is needed and for me to bring my car in. So I did. Walked in to a super clean glass junk yard, with a nice waiting room, also very clean. The lady at the front desk offered me coffee/water. While I was waiting for both windows to be replaced, Jonathan was very fast, quick, helpful, efficient, and professional. Took him less than an hour to replace the regulators along with both windows. When he was removing the window, he accidentally broke a small part of it, the glass shattered into pieces and fell on the seat. He sincerely apologized for it, and went down on the price by $20.00. That was still something. Nice gesture. He charged me a fair price, and said "if anything like this or something similar to it happens again, don't hesitate to give him a call". Thank you Jonathan, & GNA Auto Glass. They have no parking, and do have gender neutral restrooms. Accepts most credit cards and cash is always welcome.
