Matt caused our family and our home to be turned upside down for over three months and then to make us think it was because of us. we shouldn't have to pay for anything. It's ridiculous. He set out 6 containers of poison and told me the paperwork he left me would tell me what chemicals were used. There is no indication in the paperwork what he used. Will cancel within the three days prescribed by law and find someone else true to their word who will inspect for evidence of entry points. The technician and phone rep were both very nice and polite, but the phone rep lied about their services and products. Their politeness is why I give two stars instead of one.
