A while back, the battery for my clicker to lock and unlock my door died, so I was manually locking and unlocking my doors the old school way, no big deal. But, recently, I had an issue with the manual lock where it would no longer unlock with the key. I needed to call roadside assistance to get in my car. That same day, I booked an appointment at West Herr Toyota in Williamsville for the following week. (The event happened on a Friday, and I got a Tuesday appointment!) I went online and they had an appointment that was after work hours that fit perfectly into my schedule. I arrived early to my appointment and Doug started on my car immediately. Timing here is important... I pulled up at 6:33pm for my 6:40pm appointment. My car was done and I was cashed out by 6:41pm!!! Now, of course not every appointment for your car is going to be as seamless as this, but Doug knew what he was doing! He fixed my door lock and put new batteries in my clicker and it was only $8.65 for the service and only 8 minutes of my evening. I was thoroughly impressed with the the friendly service, timeliness and cost. The woman who checked me in for my appointment was kind and the woman who cashed me out was equally as sweet. This team was amazing. I highly recommend this service department!

Edit: also they tried charging me $500+ for brake work on a car they sold me less than a year prior. Wtf? But if you ARE buying a vehicle here- go to Timothy Hartnett. He's cool! Really saved me with an even trade that got me into a car which suited my needs much better. He cared that I was a commuting student and cut me a deal unlike any other salesman would!

Welp, I spotted a vehicle that was already spoken for but was able to look at it in real life instead of always online. Ended up with a sales guy- Joshua- probably one of the most pleasant, non pushy, factual and realistic salesperson I've ever met. If there was something he questioned, he double checked with his sales comrades and found out truth. I believe he'll go far in his line of work. As for only four stars, wellllllll... his Mgr promised something and when I get it... if I get it , I'll update the stars ...

It was failed due to ripped windshield wipers, which would be fine if they offered a reasonably priced fix. Instead, they tried to charge me almost $80 for a pair of wiper blades--a 100% markup over what local automotive part stores charge. With people struggling financially lately it is my opinion that this is very unreasonable. You can go to any local automotive parts store and find windshield wipers for anywhere $20.00 - $40.00, installed for free. In my opinion, using state inspections as an opportunity to price-gouge repeat customers is completely unacceptable. Very disheartening experience, and I will be taking my business elsewhere in the future.

I showed up for my appointment on time and it took 3 employees and 10 minutes to find someone to help me and the other woman waiting with me for an appointment (the manager who set up the appointment with me was nowhere to be found despite confirming the appointment with me twice that day). And then nothing happening. This happened 3 times before we finally had someone to help us. Luckily Brooks was fantastic in helping me out - he's the only reason this location receives any stars quite frankly. I paid cash just upset cause a silent anxiety attack. I drove home 15 mins away on the throughway doing 55-65 with flow of traffic and my car/steering wheel/tires are shaking and vibrating worse. Immediately slowed down to 50 got home and parked it . Couldn't sleep even sent a text back to the automated number at 6am upset that I paid $450 for work I never authorized. Also seen balancing wasn't on the receipt . I called at 8am when they opened and said what happened to me and if they forgot to balance the tires because it's not on paperwork. And idk who but told me they don't charge for it so they don't put it on the receipt ( yet they're doing work to my car, not documenting it) and to drop it off and will take 40 mins.. brang it back for them to fix and when I dropped it off , the older gentleman on the left lift he didn't seem in the best mood and sorta just hung my keys up and kept working I told him I parked it on side street and left. I had to call them 3.5 hours later saying what's the deal and . They told me ohh yeah it's been done you can get it whenever.
