I have been an avid runner for years so when I first came to Aerial Fitness I did it for the different types of strength training classes they offered because I was bored of just lifting weights at the gym. I never considered taking any yoga classes because I didn't think they would be of any use to my running or strength training. Fast forward 2 years and I could not have been more wrong! I started doing the aerial yoga because it looked like fun and was something different and it is but it has also helped me maintain and increase my flexibility. I also began taking hot yoga which is amazing! It has helped me focus on my breathing which helps increase my endurance during my long runs, it also teaches how to listen to your body and has helped me prevent any injuries. If you are an athletic type person you need to add yoga to your routine it's more beneficial than you could ever imagine and there is no better place to start than Aerial Fitness & Hot Yoga!! read more

Before April expanded her total fitness vision and turned Aerial Fitness into American Muscle Studios, I was (and continue to be) a long time enthusiastic member (this is my 6th or 7th year)! The personal attention that April and her highly qualified instructors give to members (we aren't just clients to her!) creates a holistic mind/body experience regardless of the class or training. I am probably the oldest member, but I work out hard! And get lots of positive feedback not only from April but from the amazingly talented Jeannie Brady, the Pilates guru at AM,and from the fantastic Forrest style yoga classes of Erica Bottera. Just joined for the September promotion. I had attended a yoga class a year ago and loved it but was nervous to try other classes without a friend- eventually I did and I am so happy! I've attended the TRX classes with Cindy and the spin with her as well. I do cross fit and other classes at nearby gyms and really felt both her classes kicked my butt but gave me such a good workout that I'll be back! The trainers know you by name which is so nice and they really take time to correct your form which I find lacks in most group classes. The classes I've been attending range between 5 and 6 people and I never felt intimidated, they really make you feel welcome. I think its a really nice spot and they take the time to wipe down the equipment after each use so you know it is clean for the next group! read more

This studio has changed my life in the best ways. They offer you so many amazing options for classes, personal training, meal planning, etc. it's a place for everyone. They have exceptional trainers that are so educated and passionate about what they do, and it shows when you're in the room with them. It's rare to be able to say they are there for YOU. That's what is really special about this place- you receive genuine support and the people that are around you challenge you to become the best version of yourself. Classes here are fantastic! I started coming here in November 2015, out of shape and new to fitness classes (in the past went to a typical gym type setting, when I went) and was worried that I wouldn't be able to complete the class. My first classes at Aerial were Real Ryder spin and TRX classes with Cindey. She made the classes so much fun, and offered modifications that made the classes not only do-able, but enjoyable! I've been hooked ever since! The classes get changed up every couple of months, so you never get bored. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to change up their routine! read more

Unique fitness studio with cutting edge classes - High intensity interval training, TRX, kickboxing, hot yoga, pilates, spin, and of course, the aerial classes (tricks, yoga). Professional, trained staff. These classes will challenge you (from beginner to advanced), but staff is very encouraging and never intimidating. What a perfect day we had on our private paddle tour out of Rumba.... We had first timers, seasoned and unseasoned on the adventure. April gave clear and calm instruction, all enjoyed and no casualties as they were quick learners! April took beautiful shots of us to capture the day... then off to Rumba for an amazing lunch. Just joined this gym a few weeks ago and have been going religiously since I started. This gym had great instructors!! Cindey's Sat morning Spinning class is a motivating & challenging and April's TRX class will leave you sweating! Rachael is the best , I took paddle boarding fitness class with her in the summer and recently a Real Ryder cycling class with body sculpt...I love how she customizes each class to really target each area of your body. I have been attending Erica's Forrest Style Yoga on Sunday mornings and it is the perfect way to start a Sunday and work out the tightness from the week's strength training or just work stress! Erica is an excellent teacher and I highly recommend her class. She truly cares about her students and ensures that you are properly in poses. read more

I have been enjoying my summer paddleboarding every week. Allways a great time. April is a fun great instructor. Love Aerial Fitness! The instructors are great and really make you work hard. They offer many different classes but my favorites are the Barre Method class and the Real Ryder Spin class! Would highly recommend them for anyone that loves to take classes! read more
