I will always ask for him. The reason for the 4 stars is that they are a little "Covid Crazy" there. You can't come in until they are ready for you (I understand that), but they want you to prepay and pre-tip (how can you tip before the service is performed). You also have to enter through the front door and out through the rear door. You have to get your temperature checked as soon as you walk in. Masks work right? Why are we doing all this? Ugh, I can't take it. I won't go back until these restrictions are lifted, but I will be back. Also, they have a fridge full of drinks (water, soda, and beer). I wasn't offered anything. A beer would have been nice. For $55 out the door I feel like that's the least they can do. Ok, rant over. Thanks again, Ray!

So tell me what you think about this, we were the first ones waiting outside for the store to open…read more I had my online app also ready to go also but doors opened as we walked right in. When we walked in, I was the first at the sign in register. The lady behind me, went to the second register, which I thought was a little unfair because I was there before she was - either way I signed both my sons in - I thought, but when I looked up at the screen, only one was up there. I told the lady I think something happened when I signed my kids and I don't see both sons at top. She is like - OK you did it wrong - I can sign him in and then suddenly, he's like way down the list and I was like wait a minute we're the first ones here- there was an issue with the sign in process and I don't wanna have to wait an hour for my second son when the other one is the first on the list. The lady said no - kept telling me it was "my fault" that I didn't sign them in right. - and she has to go buy what's on the screen and I said well although I understand what your saying it's just not right here because I really was the first at the store waiting. I don't know what to say but her interaction with me except that was very challenging because I kept trying to explain myself which she took as my arguing with her- ugh. The conversation was not comfortable. It was loud for sure. It kept going because all I wanted was to be heard and understood and she was having NO PART of understanding. She was not empathetic. Then she use this word on me - that I was "entitled"'. I think this is a very triggering word right now. Her interaction with me was so rude that I felt it was aggressive. I wanted to wait outside the store to calm down and she thought I was trying to walk out without paying - although my kids were still in the store- and she threatened to call the police. What am I to do at that point? And what should I expect? Well I expected to be heard. I felt so just unheard, then belittled. She would benefit from a customer relations class and needless to say - we just aren't going back. With that being said the one girl (Stacey) we used to go to moved to a different store which is a shame because she was LOVELY! And I was hoping to see her today- unfortunately Alecia (I think her name is that) was not in a good space today. I will pray for her.

If you don't know exactly what you want coming in, she'll work with you to figure that out. She is meticulous with a great attention to detail - even though there's usually someone waiting, she takes her time with you until it's perfect.
