Now he has declared personal bankruptcy and says the company will also declare but all contacts have disappeared. Ordered windows in Sept of 2025. Raymond the owner said they would have them ready by Dec timeframe. Called in January and the office told me April now. Received an email stating they were going into bankruptcy and to call a law firm with the number listed to make a claim. Called the law firm and they said they are not representing American made windows. I am out 2500. Getting a lawyer. read more

I just went to their office location. I was there two weeks ago and it appeared fully staffed and operational but today it appears the business is no longer in operation. After pestering them for almost a year, I am now fully aware I've lost an $18,850 deposit. I believed Raymond Salazar's stories for way too long and today realized the business does not intend to honor my contract with them. I need help determining how to legally report and pursue restitution due to a theft in Florida. read more

They are not temporarily closed they are falling for bankruptcy but they haven't done it yet I'm presuming so they can they can scroll their money away wherever they can before they file for bankruptcy and all of us who want to sue them can get some of our money back. And we have to get a notary to sign a paper to get rid of the permit that they pulled for our insulation so that we can get our own permit to have somebody else install what they were supposed to install the door with the side lights cuz we never got our windows. And the law group that they listen the letter to everybody saying that they are filing for bankruptcy says they are not at all representing this company. And because we did get our door we can no longer claim criminal fraud against them, but have to claim civil fraud. Stay Away! After giving this company a 60% deposit and only a portion of the work being done they are refusing to complete the job AND DEMANDING MORE MONEY!! They have installed my sliding doors backwards and windows wrong (I found out after sending the pictures to the manufacture). They have been out at least on 5 occasions trying to fix the following: Missing Caulk, Sliding glass door handles hitting each other, Windows go up to high causing damage, Sliding glass doors installed with the low-e pane inside my home, Window screws not set properly, Each window had major construction debris left after install, Installation Dirt and smudges all over white frames and they said they do not clean windows after installing them! My windows were very professionally estimated by Raymond and the installation team went well beyond normal to make sure that I was happy. Then I had a problem about two months later as I had to clean one of the windows and apply two stickers on it and OMG I did the exact thing you are not supposed to do. I let the window get twisted in the track and then the bottom pin broke off and there was nothing further that I could do. I called DONNA at American Made Windows and she promised me she could get it taken care of and called me back within 20 minutes and told me that her husband was on the way to "take care of the problem." Wow, not only did he show up but had the correct tools and new part to replace the broken one that I ruined and had me back to normal within about 10 minutes. These guys are VERY friendly and VERY professional and trust me, YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY for when buying Windows. I would recommend these guys to anyone! Also, I could not believe when I asked Raymond Salazar after he fixed my problem how much did I owe him, he just smiled and said "no charge" that's what we are here for!!!
