When I asked why I wasn't even being allowed to finish my sentence, the gentleman said, "I assume you want to ask this," and continued answering a question I had not even finished asking. I said, "Okay, if you want to assume, I am not doing this," and left. I completely understand that they may not be responsible for the USPS package, but basic customer service means listening and explaining, not dismissing a customer. It is easy to be friendly when everything goes smoothly; the real test of customer service is how you treat people when there is a problem.
